Dropped my car off to Graylin, and I’m very picky about who touches my car! Him and his team did an amazing job, looks better coming out for sure, he even took the time to buff out some previous marks just to help out for my car shows coming up. Graylin was very thoughtful and considerate of my schedule and worked with me on setting up my repairs. He was very professional and accommodating, even let me use a loaner car since my car took longer than expected. I had extensive hail damage and my car looks perfect. They communicated with me daily on the progress. My deductible was covered so there was absolutely no out-of-pocket money on my end. I definitely recommend Never Happened Hail and Dent.
Brought in my 2021 Rav4 for paint less dent removal after it got assaulted by hail. They got me in and out within days and had my car looking better than the day it left the car lot! Would recommend to any and everyone!
Graylin does an amazing job. High attention to detail. Easy to work with and communicates very well. Obviously brings lots of experience to the job and has great knowledge of how insurance works and how to work with them. This was the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to taking my car to get repaired! The process was very easy and Graylin helped me through the whole process. He made all the stress go away! I took my car in on a Thursday and I got it back the following Thursday!! I can’t even tell that a severe hail storm hit my car at all! It looks better than when I took it in!! They even cleaned and detailed the entire car and also repaired parts of the car that weren’t even part of the storm damage!! They even paid my deductible!! I definitely would urge anyone that needs there vehicle repaired to take it to this company!!
I brought my Z in for a dent on my rear bumper today and I was very impressed with the quality of work I received. Not only was the dent completely repaired, but the scuff was completely buffed out. Like new. They were the best price out of all the shops I tried. I highly recommend and will be back for sure when I need them.
